Expertly crafted in tear drop design, the pendant features an Eye of Shiva shell inlay on 925 sterling silver base. It measures approximately 1 and 5/16 inches (34 millimeters) in height (including bail) and 11/16 inches (17 millimeters) in width. The bail opening is about 1/8 inch (3-4 millimeters) wide for a nice fit on a 1-1.5mm chain (not included).
Shiva shell, also known as Shiva Eye or Pacific Cat's Eye, is the protective covering at the opening of the Turban snail living in the deep tropical sea. The exact shape of the spiral is unique from shell to shell.
